CMD /K – Any security concerns?

I regularly run CMD from the Vista start menu by typeing "CMD" [Ctrl + Shift + Enter].  The UAC Tool remembered my preference.

 

I typed CMD /K [Program Name] for programs and they inherited the elevated status without prompt from CMD as expected.

 

Are there any security concerns with this behavior?
