It is called the AV security%%1%% suite malware virus. You get a bogus pop up that says you computer is infected and that you have to install AV security suite to remove the bug. They want to scam you into paying $60 for the antivirus software (ironic because the AV security suite itself is a virus).
Once started, Defense Center%%1%% scans your computer for an already installed well-known antispyware and antivirus programs (AVG, Avira, McAfree, F-secure, Nod32, Loaris and etc), and if they are found, will attempt to uninstall them under the pretext that they may conflict with it by showing the following alert:
XJR Antivirus%%1%% is a fake antivirus program that installed with the help of trojans. Once running, it starts a scan and reports a lot of infections. But in reality, these infections are fake and don’t actually exist on your computer! As you can see, XJR Antivirus is scam, which should be removed upon detection.
